Rosie is most likely the friendly voice you'll hear over the phone. With wide ranging administrative and service experience, Rosie is always willing to go above and beyond to provide a positive service for our clients.

With a long history of working in the early childhood industry, construction may seem like an unusual choice of employment, but Rosie just couldn’t overlook the perks of working for the family business. Although changing industries she has brought many useful and relevant skills with her and her long list of qualifications shows her dedication to continually improving;

Managing a 90 place child care centre has equipped Rosie with the skills and practical experience to manage the Human Resource responsibilities for Del Casa homes; this includes recruiting employees, maintaining policies and records, performance reviews, processing wages and advocating for our employees.

Rosie has also filled administrative rolls within both early childhood and tertiary education providers so she has lots of innovative ideas for improving our administrative procedures. Using her initiative and motivating the team to improve and progress are some of her strengths.
